tis a good tiring day today. almost can't believe my ears! :))) ::

contrary to what i'd told jules that time - that i'll never miss my lectures. erm, apparently i'd just did again today. but can't help leh, spent the whole morning trying to gao tim this route for a buyer to go on a trip to just now [evening]. the whole thing took an afternoon i tell you. and my time, certainly is subjected to my clients and bosses now. halfway throughy my lunch, boss called, cos she'd forgotten her appointment with a client at king albert park. good grief. then later on, an appointment at westmere. but later she cancelled and i don't have to rush down.

back to lessons part - quite pissed at myself lah. after all, i did did not go for lessons what. humph. come, scold me!

in the end, lazy-refused-to-get-out-of-the-house me went out for lunner [lunch plus dinner] with little black and since i was at cck, popped down to join my colleague who was showing the list of houses i'd prepared.

lunner with little black was good! really appreciate her coming down to the west to have lunner with me and then go back to east side. thankies~!! went shopping with her. goodness.

little black :: hey, school starting for you. remember what i told you during lunner? jia you yah? im sure you can do it too. must frequently motivate yourself!! *oush*

anyway, going around with the buyers turned out to be a good thing you know. i met this very nice agent who has been teaching me a few things. she's really nice in real life too. very inspiring. i want to be like her. a God inspired agent. =)

then built up rapport with my buyers who are really a quite funny couple despite all their anality with age of apartments and holes in the floor.

anyway, am glad to have shown them a few houses they really like. Saw this house in yew tee i really like too. and its not expensive. the only thing is its yew tee location. quite cool. and the agent serving them was so zai. she speaks damn good chinese to my chinese pr clients. store room is called chu cang shi. hehe.. wow. another inspiring agent.

anyway, i took taxi for 2 occasion. yes, im a spoilt brat today. but you know what.. both taxi uncles wanted to sell their house!! praise God!! so you know what im going to do next. heh.

my first door knocking experience was today too. but i think the house im targeting is sold already. too bad for me. anyway, discovered a good location in jurong east.

okay. am tired. but its time to go BACK to work already.
