HBD Hubbing and Kuening @ Kuen Culture ::
spent the whole day hubbing at toa payoh hdb hub yesterday. hm, now some of the hdb procedures appears to be clearer now. so is my pay system. goodness. the whole transaction takes really long i.e half a year? no wonder buying and selling houses can be so traumatic. and that's the only time frame for hdb to process and facilitate the transaction. what about the buying and viewing house process?
brought this old lady to view flats also. i'd never met such a paranoid person before. apparently she only drink water from the temple as she said the water at home is poisoned by her children. she switches off her hp and immediately go receeing to other places because she thinks people are following her, waiting to kill or cheat her.
its saddening to see a 80-90 year old lady, despite being so strong and healthy, be so afraid for herself in her mind. i mean, its not like the whole world and her children is out to cheat her right?
anyway, we brought her to marsiling. marsiling has got nice 3rms. and they're upgraded. not bad i must say. i kinda like the place myself.
after that i went back to hubbing at hdb hub and hubbing on my hp, trying to settle some appointment at kuen culture.
met up with this guy from the states who wanted to check out a training school in SG. but he's a little too late for training in SP. so i brought him to kuen culture since a host of my shixiongs knows my this sec sch senior who's somewhat my aquintance [ok, getting really messy, but that's roughly how the network is all about ] there. anyway, so im glad i brought him there also - had a good talk with the china coach. anyway, i must admit, kuen culture is quite a condusive environment for training. and after talking to aquaintance senior, i think yah, its true that you'll have to set goals for yourself in terms of your physique and skills. understood more about bio physics and stuff.
was quite amazed at my states friend. hm, i think the standard in the states seemed to be better overall, despite we have people here who knows how to do certain technique proper. i meant to say, we have very few of them who can do those stuff.
its very nice to do cross cultural and skills exchange thingy. was very interesting to see the american and chinese coach communicating. in spite of the language barrier but i must say, lots of ideas do get across. wow.
