Record breaking sales person ::

hm, the back of my name card says record breaking sales person. haha, the agent i met last took a look at my card and was apparently quite sceptical. its the first time my own namecard caused me so much embarrassment. hahaha, i was like.. orh, its only a template. :P hahaa, but i do try to break my own record each month.

anyway, i did break a record today. i went for a viewing at 11pm today!! good grief. didn't know my tenant was so on and the tenant living in the house too, was so on. but it was crazy. i finished my closing at 12.45am. partially cos my tenant is my friend. but woah.. i'd never worked to hard in my life.. *proud moment* :P hahahaa.. no lah.. rubbish... hahahaha.... its a good thing the tenant is fun to talk to.

now, need to go back to doing my other documents. gee..

add oil for myself that is.
