anyway, i have happy and sad news to report.
happy, boss closed 1 deal today. so that means *ka ching ka ching* for me also.
and my 2 clementi units are almost gone. that means *ka ching ka ching too*
sad, i closed 1 clementi unit at a pretty low price. was quite sad that i couldn't secure a better deal. lots of reasons, but after telling the seller i would try to help him as much as i could in the buying process if he's willing for free...i felt better. after all, the sellers have been very very nice to me. :) they remind me of my dad. 2 of them. so felt very good working for them. hope everything goes well..
