its been a horrid week so far. weirdest stuff happened. lots of competition for my caribbean unit and my boss lost a deal and got caught in between of 2 difficult customers of 2 difficult cases. starhub slapped me with a pretty humongous bill.. school fees to be paid.. exams coming.. been missing classes.. *shakes head* blah blah blah.. bah.

and i decided to really not do tuition any more due to lack of time. really can't commit. managed to get doctor to replace me.

/me blabbering nonsense to this junior from dit.. stuffed him with stuff like.. howdya day go? greetings from taboo.. [his nick was jedi-something, haha] pure crap.

went for a viewing today, only to discover there's another competing agent inside the unit, with his client. i was a bit dumbfounded. but well, no one saw me. anyway, the private lift was taking too long, so i opened the main door, scoot off to the service lift, and went downstairs to take a breather. man, i feel like im a thief in my own house. mind you, i have the key to this unit. good grief.

anyway, had come to conclusion that property industry is very dirty and political. felt i have been very sheltered for a long time. time to see the world baby!

met laopa today. he looks even better now! grown a little chubbier already. very happy for laopa and laoma to be buying a flat in sengkang too. yey! miss his crappy jokes and mommy's girlish naggings. hahaa.. what cute couple~ and haha, i think laopa is the only one who will play along my act-cute antics. hahahaa.. :P

within 2 years of graduation, he's already got 4 credit cards. its not a easy feat. how many poly graduates can earn 30k p.a in 2 years' time? not that im materialistic over his credit cards.. but its really not easy. :) jia you yah?! am proud of you. i know you have been really hardworking. i think for me, after earning for 5 years, i probably wouldn't even qualify for one. hahaha.. okay lah. debit is good enough but a bit dangerous. that's all. if its gone.. your life savings might have been gone too.
