random bits of thoughts ::

was talking to my laopa yesterday - the one still studying..

told him about my plight. hahha.. i don't know, but i was somewhat affected by his perspective.. that when you get older, you tend to be so used to things happening to people around you or to you, that you get numbed and just get on with it.

on one hand, i thought its really cool, cos you can get on with other supposedly more important bits in your life, i.e scoring straight As. oxymoron. haha.. but, on the other hand, i was just thinking, i think we should just enjoy life a little more. i mean, even enjoy experiencing the bad bits. ermm.. sounds hippy-ish.. embrace them! :P

speaking of which.. i have been getting the weirdest calls ever.

this guy whom i have absolutely no idea, called me to give me a sales pitch on himself.

but its so funny, on a retrospective manner that is. i was totally like "huh". well, that's also because its on the phone, else, i would have been scared to death. big irony, cos i supposedly deal with strangers everyday.

gee.. maybe i should lighten up and be more big square. it just doesn't make sense does it?
