hmm.. its quite a demoralising day today. cos i thought i was finishing and ticking stuff off my to-do list when this morning, boss called to inquire about the northvale viewing i'd tried to confirm yesterday. so far then, only 1 agent did confirm with me and the other one very much later.. the night before, i couldn't reach more than half of the co-broking agents and this agent gave me prep talk for 45 mins - okay lah, he was teachhing me the ropes so as to say. woah.. felt so incompetent. haha, must be retribution for laughing at other incompetent people. it is because all along ive been this scatter brain or its just more advanced work ethics i had to put more effort in?

well, i'd tried my best in giving 24hr service as in, reply the customer within 24 hrs after his/her telephone inquiry. i also don't like to let the work sit there for long time what. hai.. i wish im back in school.. :(
