back to london ::

aralin went back to london today at 12 noon. had great fun with her yesterday. branching at kallang macs, cycling at east coast and drifting out there in the kayak in the sea, trying to row furiously back with ominous black clouds threatening us, then laze around in grandma's place. all the while, laughing at the jokes, at each other's antics.

just wanna tell you cousin, i'll miss you and meanwhile, have a great year in school. hope to see you soon!

Well, it depends where ye get posted to in the SAF. I'm posted to Signals, so I get to see stuff and be busy. While not on exciting stuff, the whole platoon is doing sai-garng.

-.-lll

feeling very sian. Sunday is Army Half-Marathon. 21km. Don't feel like running it. Want to ORD, but the date seems very far away. In camp, there's a political war going on, and I'm stuck in the middle. To sum it up, trying to survive the Army in one piece until I ORD is what I've been doing.

On the lighter side, I've been accepted to University of Queensland on July 2005. Am seriously pondering about my future.

Ye take care now.

Yers,
Guangxing.

oh yah. ORD. don't worry. it'll be soon. but i guess days in camp pass more slowly than days out of camp. my days are a whirl i must admit. and i meet my friends more than i meet my work. :P no good. must discipline. read some books or something while in camp i guess. at least you'll be in tune once school starts.

hmm, so ye going in the Feb intake, or July? Oh, and which course ye going to take up?

( Just finished Army Half-Marathon. Leg muscles aching. at the 19th km I have to walk, else I'll pull some muscles... of course before that also got walk lah. 15th - 16th km already sair. Beginning is walk-run-walk-run due to heavy congestion. Woah, human-clustered in one big group is scary. I hope never to do those 21km again. -.-lll )

hmm... UQ is one of the group of eight, and so far it offers the best reduction in credits compared to others. i'll only need to study for 2 years there inclusive of honors... most probably be taking Electrical Engineering.

It should be alright. Heard from my mum that her friend's son got an upper-honors there.. ^_^

Well, I'm sure it'll be an interesting experience there.. what with more than 50% of UQ's students being international students and all (or so I heard).
